Employee master data must be provided as an ASCII file in CSV format, with fields separated by semicolons. Field contents should not be enclosed in quotation marks.
When creating the file, for example, from Excel, ensure that leading zeros, if any, remain in fields such as employee number and cost center. The delivery file must not include a header row with field labels.

Electronic Medical Leave Certificate optional – only available with the optional module
